Technical / Operation Due Diligence
P2G was originally founded to provide Private Equity Firms with Technical Due Diligence services.
This work was focussed on 'Green Investment' start-up operations within agricultural, natural energy harnessing & sustainable manufacturing operations.
Electric Vehicle & Battery Facilities
Two projects requiring new-build facilities, process, equipment & operational reports for investor level documentation for a) a low-cost country (Full Vehicle Plant) and b) the UK (Battery Assembly Factory)
From a concept we developed and documented manufacturing strategies, launch plans, equipment specifications and part purchasing including BIW Manufacture, Vehicle Assy, Paint, Battery Assembly and Final Testing.
EV Manufacturing Facility
We both spent over two years working with this start-up business
Together with an exceptional team of people, we delivered a safe, quality focussed and highly flexible vehicle, battery, prototype and service facility on time and in budget. This focussed on complete shop floor facilities plus manufacturing enterprise system (MES).
Packaging - Safety & Ops Development
This was an out of the blue project for an incredible established business.
Our remit started optimising machine safety, but they went on several directions including machine maintenance, BoM development and ECPL train the trainer program.
This was a surprise and delight business that from the outside one would have no idea the innovative work that goes on inside.
